Lithuanian developer of e-signature software for healthcare organizations Sign on Tab raised €310K from Lithuanian Business Angels Fund
Founded in Vilnius in 2019 by Mindaugas Kezionis, Sign on Tab is a digital signing toolkit (on-premise and remote), which can be integrated with any healthcare software system. It collects customer data securely using digital documents and digital handwritten signatures on tablets. The company uses API to transfer information to the client’s CRM or Sign on Tab’s e-archive. The startup claims that it is easy to export and search all the data from signed documents with the help of its software. The company has offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Business Angels Fund is a Lithuanian fund for supporting early-stage Lithuanian startups. The CEO of the fund is Daiva Rakauskaitė. The core investor of the fund is the Lithuanian state-owned company INVEGA. It co-invests with a business angel(s) on an equal basis with a ticket size of up to €600K. The latest investments are Lithuanian charging solutions for smart electric cars Inbalance Grid, open data service Okredo, fintech Spenfi, and a service for renting a room or a unit to keep personal belongings and company goods CityStorage. The fund exited the Kaunas-based provider of solar energy solutions for private households and businesses Energia Futura, in which it had invested €300K in 2020.
