Estonian solution for e-signing documents TrustLynx raised €300K
Estonian solution for e-signing documents TrustLynx raised €300K from Estonian accelerator Startup Wise Guys and Polish VC and a private equity company FundingBox.
Founded in Tallinn in 2023 by Keit Kivisild and Edgars Stafeckis, TrustLynx was a division of Estonian IT company Digital Mind, which provides signing services for businesses. Currently, 80% of the startup belongs to its founders and 20% - to Digital Mind.
TrustLynx develops an API platform for e-signatures, e-sealing, and e-identification inside enterprises. An employee chooses the document he must sign and a tool to create an electronic signature (eID tool). For instance, the correspondent tool for Baltic countries is SmartID. After creating an electronic signature, the document moves to the organization's content management system. Clients or partners receive an email notification to put their electronic signature and choose a tool, that is correspondent to their location. In the end, the mutually signed document is ready to download.
The startup’s solution works with various content management systems, such as CRM, ERP, and ECM. TrustLynx's platform is deployed in the cloud or on-prem infrastructure, so the documents never leave the organization’s firewall.
TrustLynx will use the investment to expand into European markets, focusing mainly on Poland and Italy.
