Lithuanian sales automation platform AskToSell raised €100K
Vilnius-based sales automation platform AskToSell raised €100K from Estonian accelerator StartupWiseGuys and Estonian venture capital firm Specialist VC.
Founded in Vilnius in 2023 by Laimonas Noreika and Karolis Januškas, AskToSell is a platform, which helps automate repetitive tasks of sales representatives while carrying small deals. For instance, сontacting potential customers, qualifying, preparing proposals, handling objections, and closing deals. The startup claims that using autonomous agents from AskToSell can be X10-30 cheaper than paying salaries to sales representatives to carry out relevant tasks. While the small deals can be closed by AI-based agents, human workers can focus on handling larger deals.
To start using the platform AskToSell’s client first has to define the price of the product. Then, he will upload the list of potential customers, assign autonomous agents to close the deal and connect an email account to be used by autonomous sales agents. The platform will notify the client to review and approve the offers.
Before building AskToSell, Laimonas Noreika, and Karolis Januškas were developing logistics startup ZITICITY, in which Startup Wise Guys also had invested. In August 2022, ZITICITY stopped operations due to the "unfavorable business environment" and the inability to secure "sufficient funding".
