Estonian hospitality startup OTA Sync raised €1.3M
Estonian service for hotels and short-term rentals OTA Sync raised €1.3M in a seed round from Serbian accelerator Katapult, investment firm TS Ventures Fund, non-governmental organization DSI Group of Business Angels, Estonian accelerator Startup Wise Guys, and Californian accelerator Expert DOJO. The round was led by Czech investment firm Presto Ventures.
Founded in Tallinn in 2021 by Djordje Jevtic and Ilija Milovic, OTA Sync provides a cloud-based solution for hotel and property management. OTA Sync’s platform helps the client manage the property and bookings, guest experience, and revenue. The platform has a dashboard where the client can see his incoming and outgoing reservations. There is a calendar for booking previews, a guest section with data about all the guests who have stayed in the hotel, and a panel for invoice management. The dashboard shows statistics of revenues from the reservations and commission costs. Also, the housekeeping department can check the room status on the platform.
The company will use the investment to expand the service across Europe and Latin America and to facilitate further product development.
OTA Sync has teams in Estonia and Serbia. The service is designed for hotels, hostel managers, apartment owners, vacation rental owners, and property managers. OTA Sync has more than 2K users in 17 countries.
