Lithuanian reputation tracking software Repsense raised €800K

Lithuanian AI-powered reputation tracking software Repsense raised €800K in a pre-seed extended round. The lead investor was Lithuanian Iron Wolf Capital. Coinvest Capital, Baltic Sandbox Ventures, and several business angels also joined the deal.

Founded in 2021 by Mykolas Katkus and Alfredas Chmieliauskas, Repsense is a platform for public information analysis. It uses 86 various factors to help define how customers, employees, and other stakeholders see Repsense's clients online. The startup's tool can be used to identify propaganda and fake news. 

The solution imitates the user journey and predicts the reactions to the content found on the search results page. Repsense Index helps clients to assess their reputation and compare with competitors across different geographies and user intents.

Repsense engine tracks the reputation of 95 industries across 165 countries. The company works with businesses, media monitoring firms, and communication agencies worldwide incorporating it into their operations.

In January 2023, Repsense secured €500K from CoInvest Capital and Iron Wolf Capital. Each venture company invested equally. 

Established in Vilnius in 2017, Coinvest Capital invests in startups at the early stages and co-invests with groups of business angels. The managing director is Viktorija Trimbel.

Founded in 2018, Iron Wolf Capital is a Vilnius and London-based early-stage VC, that focuses on investment in AI, IoT, SaaS, Deeptech, Fintech startups, and marketplaces. The initial ticket ranges from €250K to €2M.             

Founded in 2018 in Vilnius, Baltic Sandbox Ventures is an accelerator, incubator, and investor. It provides up to €125K of financing participants of the acceleration program, and up to €400K in seed rounds of investment. It supports early-stage deep tech and life science startups. The founding partners are Sandra Golbreich, Andrius Milinavičius, and Erik Bhullar.
