Vinted Go has acquired Homerr

Lithuanian Vinted Go, part of Vinted Group, has acquired Dutch delivery company Homerr. 

Homerr was founded in 2016. During its existence, the company has launched a network of social and commercial self-delivery points (PUDOs). They allow consumers in Benelux countries to send and pick up goods when trading on marketplaces such as Vinted. 

Vinted Go was established in early 2022 as a division of Vinted. The company's goal is to create innovative and low-cost delivery solutions for goods that are also more environmentally friendly. Vinted has a network of more than 200,000 pick-up and drop-off locations across Europe.

The deal will allow both companies to deepen their C2C delivery experience through joint learning and scaling. Homerr will continue to operate as usual. The company's founders, Jurian Matteyssen and Marc-Jan Petersen, will take up leadership positions in the combined business.
