Estonian sales management CRM company Pipedrive laid off a dozen employees

 


Estonian sales management CRM platform Pipedrive laid off a dozen employees due to its plans to provide customers with better service. Apart from lay-offs, Pipedrive changed the reporting lines of some teams and offered promotions to some employees.

Founded in 2010 by Timo Rein, Urmas Purde, Ragnar Sassi, Martin Henk, and Martin Tajur, Pipedrive is a sales management platform, that helps sales teams from small and medium-sized companies manage their contacts, track deals, forecast revenue, reduce time spent on admin and close deals faster. 

The company’s solution is used by over 100K companies in more than 150 countries. Pipedrive has offices in Tallinn, Tartu, London, Lisbon, Berlin, Prague, Riga, Dublin, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida. The company employs more than 850 people, including 441 people in Estonia.
