Capitalia has invested in Rendin and Girrafe360

Latvian Capitalia has invested €85K in an Estonian proptech startup Rendin, and €50K in Latvian-founded VR startup Girrafe360. This was told to BalticVC by Capitalia.

Rendin is the Tallinn-based rental platform. The main product is a rental agreement offering more protection for landlords than a traditional deposit. Rendin’s product features fully digital agreement processes, insurance, background-checked tenant candidates for the landlords, and deposit-free renting for the tenants. Company was founded in 2019 by Alain Aun, Alar Mäerand, Maiko Saluorg.

Giraffe360 develops and manufactures specialized cameras, which allow you to quickly and with high resolution shoot real estate objects to create interactive panoramas of objects (apartments, houses, territory), images in which you can twist, zoom in, zoom out, arrange virtual tours. Startup was founded in 2016 by Mikus Opelts. Giraffe360 attracted investments from Capitalia in 2019 and 2022.
