Four Estonian technology companies included in the list of national top employer survey 2024

Four Estonian technology companies were included in the national ranking of best employers of 2024. From December 2023 to January 2024, Estonian recruitment company CV.ee conducted an annual Top Employer survey and received nearly 16K responses. Among the top employers of a general ranking were a money transfer service Wise (ex-Transferwise), founded by Estonian entrepreneurs Taavet Hinrikus and Kristo Käärman (6th position), and a mobility company Bolt (8th position). In addition, CV.ee made a list of the best companies from seven different business sectors.

In the financial sector, Wise took fifth place. In the manufacturing sector, developer of robotics-based parcel terminals and last-mile click-and-collect pickup solutions for rental and logistics industries Cleveron took fourth place. In the IT and telecommunications sector, Bolt took third place, and a sales management CRM platform Pipedrive - 8th place.

CV.ee has been selecting the best employers for its Top Employer survey for the past 12 years. In 2023, Bolt took the third position in the general ranking of the best employers and Wise appeared in the sixth place. It is interesting to note that last year Bolt also received first place in the service sector.
