The Estonian startup Cara Health , which provides support to women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, has announced its rebranding and renaming to Suun. The company plans to enter the UK market in the near future.

Estonian Trind Ventures has participated in a €5M round for the Finnish Bahn Express automotive logistics platform. The round was led by node.vc and supported by the existing investor Innovestor and the angel investors including Vincent Ho-Tin-Noé (CPO, Wolt), Tuomo Riekki (Co-Founder, Smartly, Zero) and Jiri Heinonen (Co-Founder, Swappie).

Estonian logistics startup MyDello has raised €3.1M from Icelandic Frumtak Ventures and Finnish Superhero Capital . Frumtak Ventures General Partner Andri Heiðar Kristinsson and Jevgeni Kabanov, President of Bolt, joined the Board of Directors of MyDello.

Lithuanian AI-startup Repsense has closed a €2M seed round. The round was led by Tensor Ventures, joined by Seed Starter, CVC Česká spořitelna, and existing investors BSV Ventures and Coinvest Capital .

Estonian SmartCap has invested €3M in Finnish fund Nordic Science Investments I ( NSI ), which specializes in advanced technologies, healthcare technologies, and biomedical sciences.

Estonian venture capital fund Superangel participated in a $1.6M pre-seed round for dual-use technology company Sky Spy . Other investors include Expeditions Fund, Freedom Fund, Sunfish Partners, Crosscourt Ventures, and Material Ventures.

Estonian-founded Starship Technologies , in partnership with Uber Eats, has launched autonomous robot delivery in Leeds, UK. According to the companies, it will help to cope with the seasonal surge in orders, which traditionally increase during the holidays.

Jana Saastamoinen has been appointed as the new CEO of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN). She has previously worked mainly in project management and marketing and was the main organizer of Estonia's largest business festival, sTARTUp Day, for more than two years.

Lithuanian Firstpick and CoInvest have invested in Spanish company Algori . Red Bull Ventures, Tech Transfer Agrifood (Clave Capital), and AttaPoll, as well as existing investors, also participated in the €3.6M funding round. Algori's investors also include industry veteran Jared Schreiber (InfoScout).

Aneli Venture Capital Fund has launched in Lithuania. The €35M fund will primarily focus on startups in the fields of information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as robotics, space, photonics, and energy, to help them grow and prepare to attract follow-on investors. 

SAF Tehnika has announced the establishment of a subsidiary, SAF LATAM S.A.S., in Colombia, whose main task will be to provide South American customers with customized solutions in the field of wireless data transmission and sensors. SAF Tehnika owns 51% of the shares in the newly established company. SAF LATAM S.A.S. will be headed by Vladimir Rojas, who has more than 15 years of experience representing SAF Tehnika in the South American market.

Latvian startup Natrix , which develops modular unmanned ground vehicles, has received a €250K loan from SEB Bank . The funds will be used to finance the company's working capital.

Estonian unicorn Bolt has signed a partnership agreement with autonomous driving startup Pony.ai . This will allow Bolt to add driverless cars to its taxi service in Europe.

Estonian electric cargo bike manufacturer Vok Bikes and Renault Group are entering into a strategic partnership with the aim of launching mass production of the latest generation of Vok four-wheel electric bikes. Production will begin in early 2026 at the Renault Refactory plant in Flins, France.

Jeff Bezos' AI startup Project Prometheus has acquired General Agents , a startup founded by Lithuanian Jurgis Pašukonis.

Latvian technology company Digmatix (formerly Digital Mind) has signed an agreement to acquire Croatian consulting company DignetSoftware . The transaction will be carried out in stages over the next two to three years. The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Tallinn-based Skeleton Technologies has opened a factory in Leipzig, Germany, to manufacture supercapacitors. The €220M facility is Estonia's largest industrial investment in Germany in recent years.

Sergey Anikin, an investor and specialist with over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in the technology sector, has become the Director of Engineering at Estonian unicorn Bolt . Among other things, he will be responsible for pricing the company's products and implementing more automation.

Tallinn-based defense technology startup C2GRID has closed a pre-seed  round led by Sunfish Partners . Other participants included BSV Ventures and angel investor Mike Oliinyk.

Latvian company TestDevLab has become part of US-based Xoriant , a global provider of engineering and technology services.
